We run both PC and Mac workstations, and can print files from the listed programs from either platform. Sending a 'For Print' PDF makes things easier in many cases. If sending a native file, send your fonts if they are unusual, as well as the files and all linked .eps and image files. Convert your text to outlines in Illustrator, and especially in any linked .eps files. It's easiest to enter orders online, our system will take files up to 150 mb. You can also send us files by sharing a file on Dropbox or Google Drive.

Note: Many programs do not support large page sizes. We get around that by scaling in our printer driver. Either set things up for half the size you want, or leave them in letter size. Large format printing from Excel presents special challenges, but we have the ability to print very large prints from Excel. Give us a call!

Whether you need a banner to announce a sale, for a party at the office or some other purpose, a number of HP's printers -- such as the 600 and 900 series Deskjets -- include features that allow you to print special documents, including banners, envelopes, transparencies and more. Accessing the printer settings and then printing banners takes just a few minutes, provided you already have banner paper ready to go.
600c Series
1.Open the banner document that you want to print and select 'File,' then 'Print.' Press the 'Printer' button to display Printer Setup.
3.Select 'Banner' from the list of paper types and click 'OK.'
4.Locate the banner lever on the 690c printer, and slide it to the right. The lever should click when it's in the right position.
5.Remove any paper that is currently in the paper tray, then flip the banner supports within the paper tray upward.
6.Tear off the number of banner pages you need from your banner paper stack, plus one extra. Remove any perforated strips from the edges of the paper, then unfold and shake the banner stack lightly to loosen the sheets.
7.Place the paper on the IN tray with the ripped edge of the paper facing inward at the top of the stack, then monitor the printing to ensure that the banner paper is sliding through the printer evenly.
8.Press the 'RESUME' button on the printer when the banner is finished printing. This slides the remaining end of the banner paper out of the printer.
900c Series
1.Open the HP Print software and select the 'Print Settings' menu.
2.Click the 'File' menu from the software program that contains your banner, then select 'Print.'
3.Select 'Properties' from the Print box. If you don't see a 'Properties' option, select 'Setup' or 'Options.' If you don't see a 'Print' option in your File menu, click 'Printer Setup' or 'Print Setup,' then 'Setup' or 'Options.'

Click 'Banner Printing' in the HP Print Settings box, which should be still open in the background of your screen.
5.Locate the OUT tray on your printer and flip it upward. Remove any paper that's in the IN tray.

6.Tear off the number of banner sheets you will need for your banner, plus one. Remove any perforated sides on the banner paper, then unfold and lightly shake the paper to keep it from sticking together during printing.
7.Place your paper into the IN tray with the ripped edge of the paper facing inward at the top of the stack. Adjust the paper adjusters on the sides of the IN tray to fit your paper size. Press inward on the IN tray to initiate printing.
8.Press the 'RESUME' button to dislodge the remainder of the paper when the printed portion is done.

9.Select 'Banner Printing' on the HP Printer Settings box to clear banner printing, then flip down the OUT tray.
