I have about 5 project managers developing enterprise level projects, savinga nd publishing them to our server. When trying to utilize the Resource Usage View in PPro they are coming up with various issues and it's not consistent between managers nor is the behavior the same from session to session for the same manager. Although we are behind on CUs to be applied, I'm hoping that someone may know of some ideas why we are seeing these behaviors.

1. Sometimes, when opening Resource Usage View, we are not always seeing all the projects and tasks that a given resource is assigned to. Sometimes it shows this information correctly. We cannot determine the cause of it changing. We've tried clearing cache, not clearing cache, having multiple projects opened in the background, having only one project open. We just can't determine a pattern.

2. Sometimes we see no projects/assigned for a given resource, on the 'RUV' but we know this is incorrect. The server is handling requests promptly so we don't think it's a latency situation.

3. For the Resource Assignments View in PWA, this looks correct, for a resource.
